Can ZAHNAH scarves be used just as scarf instead of as a Hijab worn for religous reasons?
YES!Absolutely!
These are normal scarves, that can be worn in the neck when its kind of chilly, or to compliment any outfit! It is not required to be worn for religious reasons only.
Have fun with them!
Where are ZAHNAH products shipped from?
We ship from within Canada.
Am I able to PICKUP my order, and save shipping costs?"
We are currently located in West Brampton, Ontario.If you wish to pickup your order instead, please select this option during Checkout.
Pickup will be available within 48 hours of payment being recieved, and you will be notified once your order is ready for pickup.
If you require it urgently, please let us know in an email to info@zahnah.comwith the subject set to "URGENT PICKUP NEEDED", and we will do our best to get your order ready in a timely manner.
Will you be shipping internationally?
Yes! We do plan on expanding into other markets soon.
Once we do, we will send out an email to all of our subscribers.
Do you allow Returns on any Merchandise?
Due to the current pandemic situation, and the nature of the types of products we carry, we will not be honoring returns at this point.
However, if you are dissatisfied for whatever reason, please reach out to us via email or the Contact Us form, within 21 days of ordering your products, and we will be happy to come to a solution for you.
Are ZAHNAH lashes cruelty free?
We have two options in lash material, mink and faux-mink.
The mink hair we use is sourced from a cruelty-free environment, where the mink are gently brushed. There is no pain or harm associated with the method used by our manufacturer. We provide this option, as it is the go-to option for many professionals in the beauty industry.If you feel uncomfortable with this brushing method, we have our faux-mink collection of lashes instead.
The faux-mink is a synthetic material to simply mimic the look and feel of mink hair, but has no actual animal hair in it.
My lashes dont seem 100% identical? Is this a mistake?
Not at all!
ZAHNAH lashes are hand made, which means there will be room for some percentage of difference. The difference however, will NOT be noticeable on the eyes.
All lash designs have been thoroughly vetted prior to being offered.

My ZAHNAH scarf doesn't seem to be cut recatangle, it is on an angle. What can I do to fix this?"
Some of our hijabs are created with a "foiled" design, this can cause them to look irregular in shape.
The simple solution is to hold them at opposite corners and pull outwards. This should balance the shape out.
My ZAHNAH label seems to be scrunching up. How do I fix this without damaging the product?
Due to the nature of the glue, this can happen over time.
The simple solution is to simply iron out the label, it will be perfectly fine.
